Here's my description of him while at Hudson's:
Danali is a great pup with lots of personality. He is an awsome orange/red. He has a sweet disposition and is a "scaredy cat" at the same time. When trying to work Danali with tire pulls he would act like something behind him was going to get him. This 120 lb boy... I would call him a big baby. He was the largest in his litter. His littermates were Jacosta, Okoey and Taku. Zawarah is Danali's mother. His sweet well mannered personality came from her I am sure.

In 2004 Danali was highly sought after by the animal handlers for the Disney Studio for their "Antarctica" movie (since renamed "8 Below"). They would train him to be a sled dog and he would be in the movie. However, they were only interested in buying him outright, and wouldn't let me know how they "distributed" dogs after the movie. I'd heard horror stories about what happened to the Dalmations after the Dalmation movie. I wanted to lease him to them so that he would come back to me, safe and sound, but after much wrangling, they decided that was too much effort. So, Danali didn't get his opportunity to be in a movie, but he's still safe and very healthy, and now has a great pet home!!
