Hi Jolene;

I hope you are doing well. I ran across your email address and I thought I would send you some updated pictures of Reba (Zawarah's / Blaze's) pup... She is such a beauty and gentle giant. It recently snowed here in GA and the dogs loved it. I hope you enjoy the pics.

Thanks for such a great dog.

Hi Jolene;

Here ya go! I just love my Reba girl! I've read some of the comments about her Mom Zawarah being very sweet and laid back. That is just like my Reba. She is so sweet but..... A big hunter. You would not believe how many critters she has brought into my basement!

I have so much fun taking her to the park. I couldn't ask for a better dog. Everyone comments on her coloring. Thanks for such a wonderful dog.

Hi Jolene;

It's been a while since I sent you some pictures but I have attached pictures of Reba (Zawarah and Blazers pup)- Don't she look like her MOM? Long legs..... She is almost 2 years old and getting bigger every day... She is such a joy! I noticed that you had both parents for sale and I wished I could get them because Reba is the sweetest dog I have ever owned but I have 3 malamutes and that is a handful and enough. Reba and Stella (black and white) are best friends- you will see in the pictures. I take them to the park and they do so good on the leash.

The bad news is that I had a big rug for the dogs to lay on in their room and Reba decided to chew on it and eat part of it. She had eaten a good bit of it and had to have stomach / intestinal surgery which cost me $4000! I love her so much that I had to do it. She is doing great now, you can't even tell that she had surgery. She plays and eats like normal. She lost some weight during that process but she is starting to fill back out. Lesson learned- nothing in their dog room that the dogs could eat so we don't have to do through surgery again! I should have known better! I though you would enjoy the photos.

Hi Jolene;

I just wanted to update you on Reba- (Zawarah / Blaze) pup. She is turning a beautiful dark red and just keeps getting prettier everyday. She is the sweetest puppy- she is so so loving! I have been taking her on short walks and she loves to go to the park. She is having so much fun with my other

Malamutes, especially Stella- they play 24-7. She also had no problem house training, she only had a few accidents. She is a smart pup.

The other story is, I had told you about my oldest malamute Gracie that had been diagnosed with "hip dysplasia". Well, I took her to a specialist because she started limping so bad. I was so depressed that she was in so much pain and I thought that she needed the hip surgery- which was not going to be easy on her or me!. Good news, he said that her hips were fine- not great but fine. He said that he did not think that she would ever need the hip dysplasia surgery but she had torn the ligaments in her knee (probably playing with Stella). He said that the her knee problem had nothing to do with the hip dysplasia. We ended up having knee surgery for her and she is doing really good. I thought that I would share the good news with you.

I'm so thankful that Reba turned out to be such a great puppy- it has made things easier for us. While Gracie is recouping from the surgery- Reba and Stella are having fun. they are such a joy to watch.

Oh well, sorry so long but I wanted to tell you the good news about Gracie and how much we LOVE Reba. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful girls. You were correct- Girls do get along! I will send you pictures soon- I've been a busy bee working and taking care of the girls.

Hi Jolene;

Just wanted to update you on Reba (Zawarah / Blazer's pup) that we recently purchased from you; I couldn't be happier to tell you that everything is going even better than I expected!

She lives with our other dogs (Gracie and Stella) and she gets along great with them. She is the sweetest puppy that I have ever had. I think that I had mentioned to you that we have an unfinished cool room in our basement that is for the dogs. They have a doggy door that they use so they can go in and out whenever they need to go out. We also have a huge fenced in back yard with a creek. She follows the other dogs and plays in the creek with them so she is having a great time.

We did not crate Reba- we thought that we would see if the other dogs could potty train her and I'm so pleased the say that she has only had 2 accidents. I'm in shock, I thought that I would have to clean up after her every day but she has learned the quickest puppy that I ever had to potty train. What a good puppy. I couldn't ask for a better dog. John, myself and the other dogs just love her!

I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow for her final shots. I just thought I would let you know that Reba is having a ball and so are we!

PS: Pictures of Reba and Stella. In the first picture she was chewing on Stella's tail. The 2nd picture she and Stella were playing- this goes on 24-7.

Hi Jolene;

Just wanted to update you on our new sweet Reba. I think I told you we were going to name her Reba. hee hee! She did really good on the ride home, basically she slept all the way home.

I'm so happy to say the big meeting of Reba (our new girl), Gracie and Stella went very well. We were so happy! I'm so thankful that we got her, she has the sweetest personallity and really gets along with the other girls. She even slept last night with them and everything was quite and good. She cried for just a minute when John and I left her alone but after that, she went to bed with the others.

The funny thing is that it only took her a few minutes to figure out the doggie door so I really think that she is going to be a smart one. Stella my 1 1/2 year old mal, really has fallen for her. Glad to say, I think that they are all going to be best buddies. She follows the other mals around every where they go, she doesnt even bug them, just hangs around them.

I'm so glad that I dont have any worries about leaving them alone. We've been leaving them alone for an hour or 2 at a time just to make sure everything is going good with them alone. So far so good. You were right- Girls can get along. We make sure all toys and bones are no where around when left alone- that is always supervised.

I will email you some pictures and updates soon.

Thanks again for a sweet girl. WE LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
